Shipping/Return Policy

Domestic

  • After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Shipping takes 4-6 business days via UPS.

  • We ship to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to incorrect shipping addresses provided.

  • Customer is responsible for any redelivery fees or missing purchases.

  •  Shipping takes about 10-14 business days via UPS (not including any customs and duties delays).

  • Original shipping cost are non-refundable.

  • All orders are sent USPS priority. Business days are Monday-Friday for shipping. Any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged by the post office are not responsible by YB Brand. Please file a claim with the USPS.

 

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS. EXCHANGES VARY UPON CIRCUMSTANCES.
