After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping takes 4-6 business days via UPS.

We ship to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to incorrect shipping addresses provided.

Customer is responsible for any redelivery fees or missing purchases.

Shipping takes about 10-14 business days via UPS (not including any customs and duties delays).

Original shipping cost are non-refundable.

All orders are sent USPS priority. Business days are Monday-Friday for shipping. Any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged by the post office are not responsible by YB Brand. Please file a claim with the USPS.
