What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is ordering an item of merchandise before it will be available, with an understanding that it will be received later.
Orders requires payment immediately durning checkout. Much like a order for an in-stock item, a pre-order is considered commitment to a purchase of an item. We give a expectancy date of two and a half weeks from the date of purchase for shipment. Due to Covid-19 this release date is not 100% guaranteed and is subject to change at any given notice and YBxA has no control over it. We will offer updates to an item's status through email and instagram via dm whenever we receive any status change.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
In general a pre-order cannot be canceled especially in the case of the order already being submitted to the manufacturer. After a pre-order is submitted, we immediately place a order with the manufacturer which insures committment between all parties.
